Service Description

Verbal jiujitsu trains individuals to leverage their opponent’s momentum in order to control the direction of the argument. This course will teach participants how to de-escalate a situation using a variety of techniques that encourage constructive dialogue and problem-solving. Participants will become better prepared to confront someone who is behaving in an aggressive manner. Participants will also learn about generic identifiers of situations during which verbal de-escalation technique can be used. Course cost: $70 per participant or $60 per participant with group packaging
