Sergio Dinaro
Sergio Dinaro has a master’s degree in Business Administration but has spent most of his professional life in public service. Mr. Dinaro enlisted into the US Army after college as a Counterintelligence Special Agent and Interrogator. Mr. Dinaro is a veteran of both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After receiving an honorable discharge from the US Army, Mr. Dinaro became a Federal Air Marshal with the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. Dinaro retired from the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Air Marshal Service in 2017 and became the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for the Wayne County, Michigan, Health Department. Mr. Dinaro helped lead the COVID-19 pandemic response for over two years, before finally co-founding and becoming Chief Executive Officer of Kairos Business Solutions.
Mr. Dinaro is highly trained and experienced in deception detection and interrogation techniques and developed the Empathy Interrogation Technique and the “Art of Deception” series of courses as classes that can teach deception detection and interrogation techniques to, and be utilized by, people with any level of experience or professional background.

Mr. Dinaro led the COVID-19 emergency preparedness response as the Director of the Public Health Emergency Operations Center from 2019 through 2022. Mr. Dinaro brings this knowledge and experience to Kairos Business Solutions, giving Kairos the highest level of real-world experience and the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real world emergency situations. With expertise in Operations, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Liaison, Safety, and Public Information; Kairos Business Solutions is prepared to help local governments and businesses customize and maximize their response to any emergency using whatever resources are available.
